摘要 校园特色文化是学校教育的重要组成部分,是校园隐性课程的主要体现,也是培养学生核心素养的重要途径。对L市中小学校园特色文化建设的调研表明,L市中小学校园特色文化建设取得了可供借鉴推广的经验,同时也存在着不足。进一步提升中小学校园特色文化建设水平的建议:合理规划,开展理论研究,提升特色文化内涵;突出主体,注意学科均衡,健全制度组织机构;分层实施,培育个性文化,完善评估考核机制。 School characteristic culture is an important component of school education and it is the main presentation of school implicit curriculum and also the important approach to cultivating students’ core accomplishments. A survey study of school characteristic culture construction in L City shows that L City has acquired positive experience, yet there still exist some defects with it. Suggestions to further the level of school characteristic culture construction are as follows: planning properly and conducting theoretical research to enhance the connotation of characteristic culture; highlighting subjects and attending to disciplinary balance to improve organizational institutions; and stratifying implementation and fostering individual culture to perfect evaluation mechanism.
