A Survey Analysis of School Characteristic Culture Construction in L City

校园特色文化是学校教育的重要组成部分,是校园隐性课程的主要体现,也是培养学生核心素养的重要途径。对L市中小学校园特色文化建设的调研表明,L市中小学校园特色文化建设取得了可供借鉴推广的经验,同时也存在着不足。进一步提升中小学校园特色文化建设水平的建议:合理规划,开展理论研究,提升特色文化内涵;突出主体,注意学科均衡,健全制度组织机构;分层实施,培育个性文化,完善评估考核机制。

School characteristic culture is an important component of school education and it is the main presentation of school implicit curriculum and also the important approach to cultivating students’ core accomplishments. A survey study of school characteristic culture construction in L City shows that L City has acquired positive experience, yet there still exist some defects with it. Suggestions to further the level of school characteristic culture construction are as follows： planning properly and conducting theoretical research to enhance the connotation of characteristic culture; highlighting subjects and attending to disciplinary balance to improve organizational institutions; and stratifying implementation and fostering individual culture to perfect evaluation mechanism.
