基于改进的安全检查表法的尾矿库安全现状定量评价 被引量:10

摘要 尾矿库作为矿山选矿企业的重要组成部分,也是矿山企业最大的危险源之一。提出了一种改进的安全检查表法,用于尾矿库安全现状的定量评价与分析。该方法先根据尾矿库的特点划分评价单元,对不同评价单元赋予不同权重;再根据相关规范和标准列举各评价单元的检查项目,并根据对尾矿库安全的影响程度划分检查项目的等级并量化;最后对尾矿库各检查项目进行现场勘察并赋分,计算尾矿库各评价单元的得分率和尾矿库的总得分率,据此对尾矿库的安全现状进行定量评价与分级。以北京市怀柔区8座闭库尾矿库为例,利用改进的安全检查表法对其安全现状进行定量评价,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 As an important part of mining enterprises, railings pond is also one of the most dangerous sources that threaten the mining enterprises. This paper introduces an improved safety check form method and applies it to quantitative evaluation and analysis of the safety status of railings pond. Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics and safety problems of railings pond, then divides the evaluation contents of railings pond into different evaluation units and assigns appropriate weights to each evaluation unit. Then, the paper lists the check items for each of the evaluation units according to the industry standards,regulations and historical accidents about railings pond,and grades and assigns values to the check items according to the influence degree of check items on the safety of railings pond,by which the paper makes a safety check form for each evaluation unit of railings pond. Next,the paper inspects the check items of each evaluation unit in the field investigation of railings pond, scores each check item in the safety check form at the same time, and calculates the scoring rate of each evaluation unit and the total scoring rate of the railings pond. Thus,the railings pond can be evaluated and classified. Finally,the paper takes eight closed railings ponds in Huairou District of Beijing as an example to quantitatively evaluate the safety status of them, thereby verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
