针对性护理在肺炎患儿中的应用效果观察

Effects of targeted nursing on children with pneumonia

目的:观察针对性护理在肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取120例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理。比较两组护理满意度、并发症发生率、体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间和住院时间。结果:观察组护理满意度为96.67%(58/60),明显高于对照组的78.33%(47/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.67%(1/60),明显低于对照组的11.67%(7/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上,采用针对性护理在肺炎患儿中的应用效果优于常规护理效果。

Objective： To observe effects of targeted nursing on children with pneumonia. Methods： 120 children with pneumonia were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received targeted nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction, complication rate, normal temperature recovery time, cough disappearance time, lung moist rales disappearance time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results： The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67% （58/60）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group [78.33% （47/60）], and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 1.67% （1/60）, significantly lower than the control group of 11.67% （7/60）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The normal temperature recovery time, cough disappearance time, lung moist rales disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： On the basis of the routine nursing, the targeted nursing for the children with pneumonia is more superior to the routine nursing.
