同一性风格对大三学生职业决策过程的影响

摘要 本研究采用问卷法区分出不同同一性风格的大三学生,并从中选择被试参与信息板职业决策任务,探索同一性风格和任务复杂程度(候选职业数量)对职业决策过程的影响。结果表明:(1)不同同一性风格个体在职业决策中存在显著差异,规范风格者更加偏好重要他人意见线索,信息风格者的信息搜索深度更高,且更多采用基于选项的信息搜索模式;(2)候选职业数量增多,个体的信息搜索深度降低,信息搜索模式由基于选项转变为基于属性;(3)同一性风格和候选职业数量存在交互作用,规范风格者的信息搜索深度和扩散/逃避风格者的信息搜索模式更容易受到候选职业数量增多的影响。 This study aims to explore the eft^cts of identity style and task complexity ( the number of optional careers) on the career decision-making process by using the questionnaire method to identify the junior students with dirt〉rent identity styles and select the subjects from them to participate in the career decisionmaking task of ixfformation board. The results are as follows. ( 1 ) Identity style has a significant eft〉ct on career decision-making process: the nommtive style students prefer the clues of important people's advice, and the i^ffommtional style students have a higher search depth and use the more alternative-based search pattern. ( 2 ) With the increase of the option's number, the subjects' search depth is lower and the search pauem is attribute-based. (3) There exists the interaction eft〉ct between identity style and the option's number: the nommtive style students' search depth and the diftuse/ avoidant style students' search pattern are more susceptible to the increase of the option's number.
