高校网络文化是指以高校的场域为核心,以高校全体师生为主体而创造出的一切网络文化的总和。高校网络文化通过信息生成、知识传播、文化接受和内化实现等环节实现育人功能,故而只有不断拓宽网络文化育人平台、制定校园网络文化育人管理制度、加强校园网络文化育人队伍建设和提升学生网络媒介素养与能力,才能实现其育人功能。

The network culture in colleges and universities refers to the sum of all network cultures created by the field of university as the core and the teachers and students as the main body. The network culture of colleges and universities can realize the function of educating people through information generation, knowledge dissemination, cultural acceptance and internalization. Only by widening the network culture education platform, making the campus network culture educating management system, strengthening the construction of the campus network culture and educating the people, and improving the quality and ability of the students’ network media, can the education function be realized.
