全民阅读背景下农民工阅读的现状、问题与对策——以公共图书馆服务农民工阅读为视角

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Reading of Migrant Workers in the Context of National Reading:From the Perspective of Library's Reading Serve for Migrant Workers

农民工作为一个特殊的群体,在全民阅读背景下,对农民工阅读的导引是公共图书馆的责任所在。阐述了全民阅读背景下图书馆服务农民工阅读的现状和存在问题,分析认为,图书馆在服务农民工阅读方面尚存在阅读内容供给不足、针对性服务不到位、政策支持欠缺等问题。从增强农民工阅读需求、开展有针对性服务、加大政策扶持力度等方面,提出了提升图书馆服务农民工阅读水平的对策思考。

This paper expounds the current situation of the reading of migrant workers in the library under the background of national reading, and analyzes the problems of the lack of reading content supply, the inadequacy of the targeted service and the lack of policy support. From the aspects of enhancing the reading demand of migrant workers, carrying out the targeted service, and increasing the support of the policy, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the level of the library for the reading service of migrant workers.
