摘要
本次设计的目标是实现气柱袋包装的自动化。该包装机设计了气柱袋存放机构,固定暂时不用的气柱袋,也便于放入和取出需包装的商品;同时采用了双工位结构,通过圆柱桶固定气柱袋形态,使包装和充气同步进行,以提高气柱袋包装效率。该设计具有方便快捷、体积小、重量轻等特点,适用于各种不同的工作环境[1]。
The goal of this design is to automate the packing of air column bags. The packing machine has designedthe air column bag storage mechanism, fixed the air column bag that is not needed for the time being, and alsoconvenient to put in and take out the goods to be packed. At the same time, it adopted the double station structure,fixed the air column bag form through the cylinder barrel, making the packing and inflating carry on simultaneously, inorder to improve the packaging efficiency of air bag. The design is convenient, small and light, suitable for variousworking environments.
