This paper first analyzes the importance of the operation and management for state-owned coal mine enterprises,and then puts forward some measures to strengthen the operation and management of state-owned coal mine enterprisesfrom organizational structure, safety production, human resources, product marketing, enterprise cost and informationconstruction, providing some help for improving the competitiveness of state-owned coal mine enterprises.
