cTnT、CA125及sST2在心力衰竭诊断及预后评估中的应用

Application of cTnT,CA125 and sST2 in diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure

目的探讨心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、癌抗原125(CA125)及可溶性ST2蛋白(sST2)在心力衰竭诊断及预后评估中的应用价值。方法选择该院2015年8月至2017年1月收治的56例心力衰竭患者,设为研究组,另选取同期在该院体检健康者55例,设为对照组,两者均检测cTnT、CA125及sST2,分析检测结果。结果研究组cTnT、CA125及sST2均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组cTnT、CA125及sST2水平与患者心功能及其预后水平呈正相关(P<0.05),患者心功能分级越高,cTnT、CA125及sST2水平越高;存在心脏事件的患者cTnT、CA125及sST2水平高于不存在心脏事件者(P<0.05)。结论血清cTnT、CA125及sST2水平与心力衰竭病变程度密切相关,检测三者可有效反映病变情况,是诊断、评估心力衰竭病情的有效指标。

Objective To explore the application value of cTnT,CA125 and sST2 in the diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure. Methods Totally 56 patients with heart failure admitted from August 2015 to January 2017 were selected as research group,and 55 cases of healthy persons in the same period were selected as control group.Both of them detected cTnT,CA125 and sST2,and analyzed the results. Results The cTnT,CA125 and sST2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）,the levels of cTnT,CA125 and sST2 were positively correlated with heart function and prognosis （ P 〈0.05）.The higher the level of heart function,the higher the level of cTnT,CA125 and sST2,and the levels of cTnT,CA125 and sST2 in patients with heart events were higher than those without heart events （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum cTnT,CA125 and sST2 is closely related to the degree of heart failure.The detection of three can effectively reflect the pathological changes,and is an effective index for the diagnosis and evaluation of heart failure.
