摘要
发射台站的管理采用的是传统的事业单位体制,面对激烈的市场竞争,传统的事业单位管理体制与社会主义市场经济体制不相适应的问题越来越突出。针对这一问题,在认真分析当前发射台管理考核评价体系存在的问题的基础上,提出了构建一种基于任务流的发射台站绩效考核系统的方法。通过基于任务流的发射台站绩效考核体系的构建与实施,能够最大限度的发挥发射台站员工的主观能动性,从而确保发射台站安全播出最终目标的实现。

In response to this question, Based on a careful analysis of the problems existing in the current launch pad management assessment system,A method of constructing a performance appraisal system of launch station based on task flow is proposed.
