广播发送设备是广播系统的一个重要组成部分，发射机作为实现无线传输覆盖的一项核心性设备，是技术含量较高与出现故障概率较高的一个系统。针对传统发射机设备巡检方式存在的弊端，对发射机设备巡检管理系统进行研究与开发，给出基于智能移动终端和Android平台的发射机设备巡检管理系统需求分析、设计、实现和测试的关键过程，对全面实现科学化、细致化巡检管理具有极大的帮助。

Broadcast transmitting equipment is an important part of broadcasting system. The transmitter is not only one of the cote equipment to the implementation of wireless transmission coverage,also a system including high technology content and high probability of failure. The development is designed to solve the imperfection of the inspection content and the inspection quality, this paper summarized the key process of management system analysis,design,implementation and test which is based on the intelligent mobile terminal and the Android platform transmitter equipment patrol by some research and development of the transmitter equipment inspection system. This study will not only have a great help to the comprehensive realization of the scientification, electronization and detailed simulation of the inspection management.
