摘要
如何科学、合理、快速地统筹调配发射资源是当前我国短波广播领域亟需解决的问题。该研究,建立了广播节目与发射设备分配的数学模型;提出了适合短波广播调度的带约束处理机制的局部搜索算法;以此算法为主体,结合控制变量法、二分搜索、阈值加速和随机扰动等方法,解决了快速计算和全局优化的短波广播调度问题。
How to scientifically,reasonably and quickly coordinate the deployment of launch resources is an urgent problem in China's shortwave broadcasting field. This study established a mathematical model for the distribution of broadcasting programs and transmitting equipment, and proposed a local search algo- rithm with constraint processing suitable for optimal scheduling of shortwave broadcasting resources. This algorithm is mainly used in combination with a series of methods to solve the problems of fast calculation and global optimization.
