基于PLC和MCGS温湿度自动调节系统

摘要 常用的库房环境检测方法是使用温湿度表、电子式温湿度计,通过人工巡视查看进行检测,对不符合温度和湿度要求的库房进行通风、除湿和降温等工作。为改进这种人工测量,手动操作的工作模式,让测量手段更具有科学性,提出了温湿度自动调节系统,具有精确度高,自动调节、远程控制、数据自动存储等功能。温湿度控制系统主要是利用传感器、控制器和执行器,选取温度和相对湿度作为被控变量对紧急备件库、真空器件室、仪器仪表室的温湿度进行检测及调节,保持电子器件、真空电容、电子管、仪器仪表存放在适宜的范固内。系统上位机采用MCGS组态软件的画面监控、报警、实时监测数据,控制系统核心采用S7—200型PLC。 The commonly used warehouse environment detection method is to use the temperature and humidity meter,electronic temperature and humidity meter, through the manual inspection to check, for the warehouse that does not meet the requirements of temperature and humidity, ventilation,dehumidification and cooling work. In order to solve this manual measurement, manual operation mode and make the meas- uring means more scientific, the automatic regulation system of temperature and humidity has been put forward,which has the functions of high accuracy, automatic adjustment, remote control and automatic data storage. The temperature and humidity control system mainly uses the sensor,the controller and the execution set, and selects the temperature and relative humidity as the controlled variable to detect and adjust the temperature and humidity of the emergency spare parts library, the vacuum device room and the instrument and instrument room, and keep the electronic devices, the vacuum capacitance, the electronic tube and the instrument and instrument in the suitable range. The host computer uses MCES configuration soflware to monitor, alarm and real - time monitor data. The core of control system is S7 - 200 PLC.
