摘要 故障预测与健康管理技术是目前业界关注的热点,该方法可以有效提高设备和系统可靠性、减少设备停机时间、降低设备维修成苓。苓文介绍了故障预测与健康管理的主流方法,分析比较了不同故障预测技术的优劣,结合陶瓷真空电容器的失效模式和失效特点,构建了马氏距离模型对陶瓷真空电容器进行故障预测。该方法可以有效预测故障发生时间,帮助企业提前制定维修计划,减少设备故障损失。 Prognostics and health management technologies are currently hot spots in the industry. This method can effectively improve the reliability of equipment and systems, reduce equipment downtime, and reduce equipment maintenance costs. This paper introduces the main methods of fault prediction and health management, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different fault prediction techniques, combines the failure modes and failure characteristics of ceramic vacuum capacitors, and builds a Mahalanobis distance model to predict faults of ceramic vacuum capacitors. This method can effectively predict the time of failing, help companies develop maintenance plans in advance, and reduce e- quipment failure losses.
