DX-600发射机是我国从美国HARRIS公司引进的新型全固态大功率中波发射机，是目前中波广播的主力机型，该机型的各种备件，特别是发射机控制单元TCU（Transmitter Control Unit）备件主要依靠进口，价格昂贵不说，厂家备件供给量也越来越少或者已不再生产，有的板卡，虽然部件编号完全相同，但是不同版苓的板卡却不能通用，其中发射机控制单元接口板（以下简称TCU接口板）就是其中之一。文章对DX-600发射机TCU接口板常见的几个版苓之间的线路及功能上的区别进行了分析比较，介绍了通过必要的线路改进，使低版苓TCU接口板能够在新型风冷发射机上使用的方法。也可为备件国产化提供一定的借鉴。

DX - 600 transmitter is a new type of all - solid - state high - power medium wave transmitter imported from HARRIS Company in the United States. It is the main type of medium wave broadcasting at present,and all kinds of spare parts for this type of transmitter. In particular, the transmitter control unit （TCU） ,mainly relies on imports of spare parts. The price is high,and the supply of spare parts by manufacturers is becoming less and less or is no longer produced. Some boards have identical parts numbers. However, different versions of the board can＇ t be used, among which the transmitter control unit interface board（hereinafter referred to as TCU interface board）is one of them. This paper analyzes and compares the differences of circuits and functions among several common versions of TCU interface board of DX - 600 transmitter,and introduces the method of making low version TCU interface board can be used in new air - cooled transmitter through necessary circuit improvement. It can also provide some reference for the localization of spare parts.
