中医辨证联合雷公藤多苷片治疗慢性肾炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of TCM Classical Formulas Combined with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets in the Treatment of Chronic Nephritis

目的观察雷公藤多苷片与中医辨证治疗对慢性肾炎患者生殖毒性的影响和临床疗效。方法将40例慢性肾炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组与对照组各20例。治疗组以雷公藤多苷片和中医辨证治疗,对照组以雷公藤多苷片治疗,疗程半年;以血浆性激素水平,尿红细胞、24 h定量及尿NAG酶,肾功能和副作用统计评估2组疗效。结果 2组患者血浆性激素水平FSH及LH差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),月经不调、精子异常及白细胞下降、肝功能损害等副作用发生率治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);且尿红细胞、24 h定量及尿NAG酶比较,治疗组与对照组无显著性差异(P<0.05);2组患者肾功能3项无明显差异(P>0.05),尿酸组内均有差异(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片联合中医辨证治疗能明显减少慢性肾炎患者的尿蛋白及红细胞、减少生殖毒性,减轻副作用,对雷公藤多苷片在临床研究提供一定参考。

Objective To observe the effect and clinical efficacy of Tripterygium Glycosides tablets combined withTCM classical formulas in the treatment of female patients with reproductive toxicity. Methods 40 cases of chronic nephritispatients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group with 20 cases. The treatmentgroup were treated with Tripterygium Glycosides tablets and four TCM classical formulas; control group with TripterygiumGlycosides tablets for half a year. To evaluate the plasma levels of sex hormones,urinary albumin and urine routine,clinicalsymptoms integral statistical and side effects between the two groups. Results menstrual disorders and sex hormone levels inplasma and descendance of sperm motility,The incidence of the treatment group was significantly lower than the controlgroup（P〈0.01）;and the urine albumin and urine,the treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group; theclinical symptoms improved significantly,reduce the side effects of reduced integration; there was significant differencebetween two groups （P〈0.05） . There was no significant difference in the renal function among the two groups （P〉0.05）,uricacid had significant difference among themselves （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion Tripterygium Glycosides tablets and four TCMclassical formulas in the treatment of chronic nephritis can significantly reduce urinary protein,reduce reproductive toxicity,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce side effects,improve efficacy.
