穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症临床选穴用经组方特点与规律分析

Characteristics and Rules of Acupoints Selection in Treatment of Simple Obesity with Acupoint Catgut Embedding

目的分析总结穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床文献中选穴用经组方特点与规律。方法电子检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医药、PubMed数据库中10年公开发表的穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床类文献,分析其常用主穴、归经、分布、特定穴及取穴处方规律。结果按照纳入排除标准最终纳入文献43篇,其中常用主穴46个,使用频次累计333次。(1)常用主穴:天枢(13.2%)、中脘(10.8%)、丰隆(6.9%)、足三里、关元(各6.0%);(2)常用经脉包括足阳明胃经(37.8%)、任脉(26.7%)、足太阴脾经(11.7%);(3)按部位分布:主要分布在下腹部(36.2%)、下肢(24.9%)与上腹部(22.5%);(4)按腧穴属性以募穴(26.7%)、八会穴(23.9%)、五输穴(12.8%)的使用频次较高;(5)处方多由8~10(32.6%)个腧穴组成。结论近10年临床文献分析,穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症以天枢、中脘、丰隆、足三里、关元穴最为常用,以经脉及脏腑理论为辨证要点,采用局部(病位)(腰腹部为近部)及远部(病机)相结合的取穴方式。

Objective To analyze and summarize the characteristics and rules of acupoint selection in the clinicalliterature of simple obesity treated with acupoint catgut embedding. Methods We searched the clinical literature of simpleobesity treated with acupoint catgut embedding was published in Chinese and English databases in the past 10 years byelectronic retrieval system,and analyzed its common acupoints,meridians,distributions,specific points and the rules ofacupoints selection. Results According to the inclusion criteria,43 articles were included,involving 46 main points withatotal frequency of 333; Acupoint catgut-embedding is used to treat the disease. 淤 The common acupoints are ST 25 （13.2%）,RN 12（10.8%）,ST 40（6.9%）,ST 36（6%）,RN4（6%） . 于Commonly used meridians involved the stomach meridian offoot-yangming （37.8%）,conception vessel （26.7%）,spleen meridian of foot-taiyin （11.7%） . 盂The common acupoints weremostly distributed in the lower abdomen （36.2%）,lower limbs （24.9%）and upper abdomen （22.5%） . 榆The specific acupointsof front-mu points（26.7%）,eight meeting points（23.9%）,five-shu points（12.8%）are the high frequency used. 虞 Theprescription is consisted of 8 -10 （32.6%）acupoints. Conclusion The acupoints of Tianshu （ST25）,Zhongwan（RN12）,Zusanli （ST36）,Fenglong （ST40）,Guanyuan （RN4）are the high commonly used in the clinic; With the theories of meridianand zang -fu as syndrome differentiation points; Adopted the adjacent （disease）combined with distant （pathogenesis）onacupoint selection.
