摘要
《普通高中历史课程标准(2017年版)》将于2018年秋季开始实施,其中的新理念、新观点、新提法、新架构、新内容和新建议等亮点值得研究:引入"核心素养"理念,确定核心素养目标;凸显正确历史观,让唯物史观更充分地发挥指导作用;构建通史与专题史相结合的课程内容体系;专家"下海",设计并展现高质量的教学案例和评价案例;提出新的历史教学评价方案,以评促教、促学。新课标实施的意义在于:标志高中历史教育进入一个新的发展阶段,为学生成长和教师专业发展搭建了具有学科特点的平台,倒逼义务教育阶段历史课程进行改革,拓宽了历史教学交流的通道。
Curriculum Standards for General High School History(2017 edition)will be implemented in the autumn of 2018.The new ideas,new viewpoints,new formulations,new structures,new contents and new suggestions are worth studying.It introduces the concept of"core accomplishment"and determines the goal of core accomplishment;highlights the correct concept of history so that historical materialism more fully plays a guiding role;constructs a curriculum content system combining general history and special subject history;experts"go to sea"to design and display high-quality teaching and evaluation cases;puts forward a new history teaching evaluation program to promote teaching and learning by evaluation.The significance of the implementation of the new curriculum standards is that it marks a new stage of development of high school history education,builds a platform with disciplinary characteristics for students'growth and teachers'professional development,forces the reform of history curriculum in compulsory education stage,and broadens the channels of history teaching and communication.
