中药炮制与临床用药安全的现状与进展

中药使用安全性在一定程度上影响着我国现今的中医药发展,为了保障中药使用安全,加强中药炮制管理具有重要意义。中药炮制是指基于配方不同的要求、治疗需要、中药的药物特性与具体理论,在使用中药前,对药物实施的制药技术。本文特对中药炮制的发展情形和作用进行介绍,并提出确保中药炮制临床用药安全的改善方法,同时,对近些年中药炮制技术的新进展进行阐述,旨在强调中药炮制的继承和发展对临床用药安全的保障作用。

Preparation of traditional Chinese Medicine and Safety of Clinical Drug use To some extent, the safety of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） affects the development of TCM in China. In order to ensure the safety of TCM, it is very important to strengthen the management of TCM processing. Traditional Chinese medicine processing is the implementation of pharmaceutical technology before the use of traditional Chinese medicine based on the requirements of different formulations, treatment needs, drug characteristics and specific theory of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the development and function of traditional Chinese medicine processing are introduced, and the improvement methods to ensure the safety of traditional Chinese medicine processing are put forward. At the same time, the new progress of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology in recent years is described. The aim of this paper is to emphasize that the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine processing can guarantee the safety of clinical drug use.
