厄贝沙坦治疗高血压性肾功能衰竭的效果观察及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Irbesartan in the Treatment of Hypertensive Renal Failure

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦对高血压性肾功能衰竭患者尿常规指标、血压水平以及肾功能指标的影响。方法:选择2016年12月—2017年12月在我院治疗的98例高血压性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组采用美托洛尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组在其基础上加用厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组尿常规指标、血压水平、肾功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组收缩压、舒张压、24h尿蛋白、血β2-MG、血尿酸、尿素氮、血肌酐水平均低于对照组,24h内混合尿酸碱度、肌酐清除率、肾小球滤过率水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用厄贝沙坦治疗高血压性肾功能衰竭患者,可有效调节血压水平,减少尿蛋白,有利于改善肾功能指标,且安全性较高。

Objective： To investigate the effect of irbesartan on routine urine index, blood pressure and renal function in patients with hypertensive renal failure. Methods： 98 hypertensive renal failure patients treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol combined with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets, and observation group was treated with irbesartan. The urine index, blood pressure, renal function, and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results： The systolic and diastolic blood pressure, 24h urinary protein, blood uric acid, beta 2-MG, BUN, Scr levels were lower in the observation group than the control group; 24h and Ccr mixed urinary pH and GER levels were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Irbesartan in the treatment of hypertensive patients with renal failure, can effectively regulate the level of blood pressure, reduce urinary protein, improve renal function, and high safety.
