摘要
校企合作、产教融合是体现技工教育规律、彰显技工院校特色的办学模式。目前,技工教育在校企合作方面存在育人平台缺乏、内在动力不足和深度不够等问题。创新产教融合路径在于:积极探索"三位一体"的组织设计,创新人才培养模式,拓展社会服务职能,健全师资共培机制,建立资源共享机制等。
School-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration are the mode of running schools that embody the laws of skilled workers' education and highlight the characteristics of technical schools. At present, there are problems such as the lack of education platform, insufficient internal motivation and insufficient depth in the cooperation between technical schools and enterprises. The path of innovating industry-education integration is to explore the organizational design of the "Trinity", to innovate talent-cultivation model, to expand the social service function, to improve the teacher training mechanism and to establish a resource sharing mechanism.
