摘要
近代我国的职业教育理论家、实践家都意识到职教师资的特殊属性,他们的职教教师教育的思想至今仍给予人们以启迪和思考,其思想主要包括以学校毕业生或有企业工作经验者为教育对象;以"双师"教师专业素质养成为教育内容;以理论课与实践课并重为教育方法三个方面。
Both theorists and practitioners of vocational education in modern times have realized the special qual- ities of vocational teachers. Their educational thoughts of vocational education teachers in the period of Republic of China still give people a lot of enlightenments. The thoughts include · considering graduates or those that have company working experience as educational objects; taking cultivation of "double-competency"teacher professional qualities as educational contents, considering the same importance between theory curriculums and practice curriculums as educational methods.
