新生代农民工职业培训共同体构建的意义与策略

Significance and Strategy of Constructing a Community of Vocational Training for the New-generation Migrant Workers

教育部长陈宝生在2018年全国教育工作会议上提到,要实施"农民工学历与能力提升"计划,帮助农民工"求学圆梦",持续推进职业教育质量提升,对在职人员、农民工等重点人群开展教育培训,表明新生代农民工职业培训的问题已然成为社会关注的焦点。构建新生代农民工职业培训共同体创新了新生代农民工职业培训的模式,整合了各大主体资源,解决了新生代农民工职业培训中存在的问题。建立共同愿景,抓好管理队伍建设,建立完善的运行机制以及坚实的外部保障是构建培训共同体的有效策略。

Education Minister Chen Bao-sheng said at the 2018 National Conference on Education that the program should be implemented to improve the educational qualifications and abilities of migrant workers so as to help them ＂study and fulfill their dreams＂ and continuously promote the quality of vocational education. The education and training of migrant workers and other key groups indicate that the new generation of migrant workers＇ vocational training has become the focus of social attention. The construction of new-generation migrant workers vocational training community has solved the problems existing in their vocational training by innovating vocational training model and integrating the main resources. It is an effective strategy to build a training community by establishing a shared vision, improving management efficiency, setting up effective operation mechanism and solid external guarantee.
