摘要 伴随着酒店行业的迅速发展,员工离职率高居不下已经成为困扰酒店管理人员的难题。本文以万豪集团旗下的四家酒店为研究对象,基于探索性因子分析法找出员工离职意向的影响因素,然后运用多元线性回归分析法对各因素的影响程度进行实证检验。实证结果表明,领导素质、薪酬福利、工作环境、组织人际关系等因素是决定员工离职的关键因素。本文提出了有助于酒店吸引和留住员工的对策与建议,以便为酒店行业的人力资源管理提供参考。 With the rapid development of the hotel industry, the high turnover rate of employees has become a problem that plagues hotel management personnel. This paper takes four hotels under the Marriott Group as the research object, and finds the influencing factors of employee turnover intention based on exploratory factor analysis method, and then uses multiple linear regression analysis to empirically test the influence degree of each factor. The empirical results show that factors such as leadership quality, compensation and benefits, work environment, and organizational relationships are the key factors that determine employee turnover. This paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to help hotels attract and retain employees, so as to provide reference for human resources management in the hotel industry.
