摘要
现代企业管理中,只有不断加强企业内部和外部的沟通,员工才能清楚地知晓、理解企业的决策、政策和形势,才能与企业同舟共济,形成强大的凝聚力,最终实现企业和员工的共赢。沟通在企业管理工作中有着重要的地位和作用。要主动从沟通策略入手,加强企业内外部沟通,以建立一支团结协作、凝心聚智、战斗力强健的员工队伍,增强企业的竞争力和凝聚力。
In modern enterprise management, only by continuously strengthening internal and external communication can employees clearly know and understand the decision-making, policies and situation of the enterprise, so that they can work together with the enterprises, form a strong cohesive force, and finally achieve the win-win of the enterprises and employees. Communication plays an important role in the management of enterprises.
