高职院校学业不佳学生帮扶管理信息系统构建研究

Research on the construction of the management information system for helping students with poor academic performance in higher vocational colleges

"互联网+"时代的到来给数字校园的建设带来了新契机。基于高职院校对学业不佳学生的帮扶管理现状,初步构建由学业不佳预警系统、帮扶系统、激励系统三个子系统构成的高职院校学业不佳学生帮扶管理信息系统的框架。在此基础上,设计了学生信息管理、预警及帮扶管理、激励管理和系统权限设置四个系统功能模块以及相对应的数据库,以期消除信息孤岛,改善高职学业不佳学生的帮扶效果。

The advent of Internet＋ era has brought new opportunities for the construction of digital campuses. Based on the status quo of vocational colleges in assisting students with poor academic performance, a three-phase system consisting of an early warning system, a support system, and an incentive system for academic disparities was initially constructed. Based on this, four function almodules for student information management, early warning and help management, incentive management and system authority setting and corresponding databases were designed to eliminate information isolated islands and improve the efficiency and effect of students with poor academic performance.
