摘要
高等职业教育的主要目标是培养技术技能型人才,高职院校教师的专业知识和实践技能水平一定程度上决定着人才培养质量,"双师素质"教师的培养是办好高职院校的关键因素。文章主要以Y学院电气自动化技术专业为例,阐述了高职院校"双师素质"教师的基本内涵,分析了"双师素质"教师队伍建设的现状与问题,提出了"双师素质"教师的主要培养途径和策略。
The main aim of higher vocational education is to train technical and skilled talents. The professional knowledge and practical skills of teachers in higher vocational colleges determine the quality of talent training to a certain extent. The training of"double-qualified" teachers is the key factor to run higher vocational colleges. Taking the electric automation technology specialty of Y Institute as an example, this paper expounds the basic connotation of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of the teaching team and puts forward the main training ways and strategies.
