Research on Building the South China Sea Marine Community under the Viewpoint of "One Belt and One Road"

建设海上丝绸之路的重要节点在南海,而解决南海问题的根本出路在于建立南海海洋共同体。在分析当前构建南海海洋共同体的政治经济基础和优势后,运用实证分析法证明,构建南海海洋共同体具有增长效应,能够为成员国谋福祉。当然构建南海海洋共同体还面临诸多困难和挑战,如果成员国拿出诚意,表现出较高的政治智慧和合作精神,南海海洋共同体建设必然会取得成功。

The key link of the construction of Maritime Silk Road is in the South China Sea,and the fundamental solution tothe South China Sea problem lies in the establishment of the South China Sea marine community. After analyzing the currentpolitical and economic foundation and advantages of constructing the marine community of South China Sea,this paper provesthat the construction of the South China Sea marine community has the growth effect and can benefit the member countries.Of course,the construction of the South China Sea marine community is still facing many difficulties and challenges. If themembers show sincerity and show higher political wisdom and spirit of cooperation,the construction of the marine communityin the South China Sea will surely succeed.
