摘要
分析河北省沿海经济发展现状,找出制约河北沿海经济发展沿海经济隆起带"隆起"不足等主要矛盾和短板问题,提出以新区新城为主抓手,以港口建设为突破口,积极探索在河北建设自由贸易港和大力发展海洋产业等推进河北沿海经济发展的对策和建议。
Authors analyzed current situation of coastal economic development in hebei province,and find out the main contradiction and short problem of insufficient ＂bulge＂in the coastal economic uplift belt of coastal economic development,putforwardcountermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the development of the coastal economy in hebei,such as given priorityto the new city and new town,taking port construction as the breakthrough point,actively explore free trade port constructionin hebei and develop the Marine industry energetically.
