21例急性左心衰患者急救的临床分析

Clinical analysis of first aid in 21 patients with acute left heart failure

目的总结急性左心衰患者的抢救经验,为临床急性左心衰救治工作提供经验。方法选取2012年5月至2017年5月我院心内科救治的急性左心衰患者21例,均符合急性左心衰诊断标准。抢救时采取坐位,予以吸氧,根据患者状况给予镇静剂、利尿剂、强心剂等药物。观察患者的治疗疗效。结果经上述方案抢救后,有1例患者抢救无效,多脏器衰竭死亡。显效16例,显效率为76.19%;有效4例,有效率为19.05%;无效1例,无效率为4.76%;总有效率为95.25%。结论本方案可及时有效地救治急性左心衰患者,其抢救有效率较高,对临床急性左心衰患者救治至关重要,可在院前急救中推广。

Objective To summarize the rescue experience of acute left heart failure, provide experience for clinicaltreatment of acute left heart failure. Methods A total of 21 patients with acute left heart failure treated in cardiologydepartment of our hospital from May 2012 to May 2017 were enrolled. All the patients meet the diagnostic criteria of acuteleft heart failure. Patients takea seat while rescuing and received oxygen inhalation, sedatives, diuretics and cardiotonic foremergency treatment according to the patients＇ situation. The treatment effiacy of patients were recorded. Results Afterusing the above rescue method to rescue, one case was invalid and died with multiple organ failure. In 21 patients, 16cases were markedly effective, the marked effective rate was 76.19%; 1 cases was effective, the effective rate was 19.05%;1 cases were inefficiency, the inefficiency rate was 4.76%; the total effective rate was 95.25%. Conclusion The method canrescue acute left heart failure patients timely and effective, the effective rate of rescue is high, and which is very importantfor the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure. It can be used in pre-hospital first aid.
