马来酸依那普利联合阿替洛尔对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of enalapril maleate combined with atenolol on heart function and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的探究马来酸依那普利联合阿替洛尔对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2016年9月我院收治的102例冠心病心力衰竭患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各51例。对照组给予马来酸依那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿替洛尔治疗。对比两组治疗前、后舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)、心功能及生活质量。结果治疗后,两组的DBP、SBP、HR均显著降低,且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)及左室收缩末容积(LVESV)水平均显著改善,且观察组的LVEF、LVESV及左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的情绪、症状、体力限制、社会限制评分均显著降低,且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论马来酸依那普利联合阿替洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭,可降低血压与心率,改善患者心功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of of enalapril maleate combined with atenolol on heart function andquality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016,102 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups byrandom number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with enalapril maleate, and theobservation group was treated with atenolol on the basis of the control group. The diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, systolicblood pressure （SBP）, heart rate （HR）, heart function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared betweenthe two groups. Results After treatment, the DBP, SBP and HR in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in theobservation group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and left ventricular end systolic volume （LVESV） in the two groups significantly improved, and the levels of LVEF,LVESV and left ventricular end diastolic volume （LVEDV） in the observation group were better than those in the controlgroup （P〈0.05）; the scores of emotion, symptoms, physical limitation and social limitation in the two groups significantlydecreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. ConclusionEnalapril maleate combined with atenolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure can reduce bloodpressure and HR, improve the heart function and quality of life of patients.
