摘要
目的探讨血清唾液酸(SA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与高血压前期的关系,并分析其临床指导意义。方法选择我院500例体检者为研究对象,均接受SA及hs-CRP检测,分析检测结果并评价其临床诊断价值。结果 500例体检者中共检出高血压前期158例(31.60%)、高血压260例(52.00%)、正常者82例(16.40%)。高血压组的SA及hs-CRP水平明显高于高血压前期组和正常组,且高血压前期组的SA及hs-CRP水平明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,SA及hs-CRP水平与血压呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 SA及hs-CRP水平能够预测高血压早期进展,有助于临床尽早采取防治手段。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum sialic acid (SA), hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and pre-hypertension, and to analyze the clinical significance. Methods A total of 500 physical examinees inour hospital were selected as the research objects and tested by SA and hs-CRP. The results were analyzed, and theclinical diagnostic value was evaluated. Results A total of 158 cases (31.60%) of pre-hypertension, 260 cases (52.00%)of hypertension and 82 cases (16.40%) of normal were detected in 500 physical examinees. The levels of SA and hs-CRP in the hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the pre-hypertension group and the normal group,and the levels of SA and hs-CRP in the pre-hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the normalgroup (P〈0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of SA and hs-CRP were positively correlated withblood pressure (P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of SA and hs-CRP can predict the early development of hypertensionand help early prevention and treatment in clinic.
