参麦注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者的临床效果

Effect of Shenmai injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure patients with maintaining hemodialysis

目的观察参麦注射液治疗慢性肾衰维持性血液透析患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的慢性肾衰需要维持性血液透析患者36例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组18例。对照组应用常规透析治疗,试验组每次血液透析结束前60 min静脉滴注参麦注射液100 mL,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的BUN、Scr、PT、APTT、FDP均明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组BUN、Scr、FDP水平均明显较低,PT、APTT均较长,临床治疗总有效率明显较高(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液治疗维持性透析患者肾脏功能疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenmai injection on chronic renal failure patients withmaintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 36 cases of chronic renal failure patients needed maintenance hemodialysisin our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 18 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dialysis, the experimental group was treated with 60 min intravenousinfusion of Shenmai injection 100 mL before the end of each hemodialysis, the treatment effects of the two groups wereobserved. Results After treatment, the BUN, Scr, PT, APTT and FDP in the two groups significantly improved （P约0.05）.Compared with the control group, the levels of BUN, Scr and FDP were lower, the PT, APTT were longer, and the totaleffective rate of clinical treatment was higher in the experimental group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Shenmaiinjection on chronic renal failure patients with maintenance hemodialysis is accurate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
