中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法将76例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各38例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,临床症状改善时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分均显著升高,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病可明显提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine inthe treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods Seventy-six patients with chronic pulmonary heart diseasewere randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group wastreated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in thetreatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the improvement time of clinical symptomswas significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of quality of life in the twogroups significantly increased, and that of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart diseasecan significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion andapplication.
