摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动对反流性食管炎患者饮食依从性的影响。方法采用病例对照研究,对2016年在我院住院治疗的60例反流性食管炎患者实施品管圈护理持续改进方法,作为观察组;选取2017年同科治疗的60例反流性食管炎患者作为对照组,给予常规饮食护理。通过问卷调查,比较两组患者的饮食依从性和满意度。结果观察组患者的饮食依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对反流性食管炎患者实施品管圈质量管理,可以提高患者饮食依从性及满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on dietary compliance in patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods Case-control studies were adopted, 60 patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital in 2016 were given continuousnursing improvement method for the quality control circle, and were enrolled into observation group. In 2017, 60 patients withreflux esophagitis treated in the same department were selected as control group and given routine dietary nursing. Dietarycompliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups through the questionnaire survey. Results The dietarycompliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P〈0.01). The satisfaction rate of theobservation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Quality control circle qualitymanagement in patients with reflux esophagitis can improve patients' dietary compliance and satisfaction.
