综合护理对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后并发症发生率的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on the incidence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate

目的探讨综合护理对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后并发症发生率的影响。方法将178例经尿道前列腺电切术治疗患者分为对照组和观察组,每组89例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上行综合护理干预。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率明显高于对照组,电切综合征、尿失禁、膀胱痉挛和继发性出血发生率均低于对照组,留置引流管时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予经尿道前列腺电切术患者综合护理干预可降低并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the incidence of postoperative complications inpatients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. Methods A total of 178 patients undergoing transurethral resection ofthe prostate were divided into control group and observation group, with 89 cases in each group. The control group receivedroutine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis. The nursingeffects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group, the incidences of electrosurgical syndrome, urinary incontinence, bladderspasm and secondary hemorrhage were lower than those in the control group, the duration of indwelling drainage tube andhospital stay were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patientsundergoing transurethral resection of the prostate can reduce the incidence of complications, and it is worth popularizing.
