综合性护理干预模式对乳腺增生患者干预效果的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention mode on intervention effect of patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland

目的探讨综合性护理干预模式对乳腺增生患者干预效果的影响。方法以我院2015年8月至2017年8月266例乳腺增生患者为研究对象,根据硬币投掷法将受试者分为对照组(n=133)和研究组(n=133),对照组患者给予传统的护理措施,研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者干预前、后焦虑情绪、疾病认知水平及症状体征情况。结果干预后,两组患者疾病知识掌握度评分显著升高,SAS评分显著降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者乳房肿块直径、乳房疼痛评分及伴随症状评分均明显降低,且研究组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效改善患者的焦虑情绪、临床症状及体征,提高疾病认知水平,在乳腺增生患者护理中具有重要应用价值。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention mode on intervention effect ofpatients with hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods A total of 266 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland in ourhospital from Auguest 2015 to Auguest 2017 were selected as research objects. According to the coin throwing method, allthe patients were divided into control group and study group, with 133 cases in each group. The control group was treatedwith traditional nursing intervention, the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of thecontrol group. The anxiety, disease cognitive level and signs and symptoms before and after intervention were comparedbetween the two groups. Results After intervention, the master degree scores of disease knowledge significantly improved inboth groups, the SAS scores significantly decreased, and those in the study group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. After intervention, the breast tumor diameters, breast pain scores and the accompanying symptom scores in the twogroups significantly decreased, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland can improve patients＇anxiety, clinical symptoms and signs, increase disease cognitive level, which has important application value.
