摘要
目的探讨针对性护理干预在预防老年患者术后精神障碍中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的400例老年手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取针对性护理干预。比较两组的术后精神障碍发生率及症状持续时间、认知功能评分和护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后精神障碍发生率明显低于对照组,精神障碍症状持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后,两组的Mo CA及MMSE评分均降低,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年患者围手术期采取针对性护理干预,可有效降低术后精神障碍发生率,减轻患者认知功能损害,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention on prevention of postoperativemental disorder in elderly patients. Methods A total of 400 elderly patients treated with surgery in our hospital wererandomly divided into control group and observation group, with 200 cases in each group. The control group received routinenursing intervention, and the observation group adopted targeted nursing intervention. The incidence of postoperative mentaldisorders, duration of mental disorders symptom, cognitive function scores and nursing satisfaction were compared betweenthe two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative mental disorders in the observation group was significantly lower thanthat in the control group, and the duration of mental disorders symptom was significantly shorter than that in the controlgroup (P〈0.05). After operation, the scores of MoCA and MMSE of the two groups decreased, but those of the observationgroup were higher than the control group (P〈0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that ofthe control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention applied in the perioperative period of elderly patientscan effectively decrease the incidence of postoperative mental disorders, reduce the impairment of cognitive function andimprove the nursing satisfaction.
