Library subject service is approaching with the advent of the information age,which needs librarian to be more professional. How to strengthen the training and management of Subject Librarians in accordance with the requirements of the times has become an urgent problem for University Library management. It is imperative to analyze the deficiencies in the management mechanismof Subject Librarians in University Libraries under the new situation,and to think about how to innovatively train and manage subjectlibrarians,which is of great significance for improving the quality of subject service in Libraries in an all-round way.
