甘薯品种筛选与引种试验

通过47个甘薯品种在广东增城田间试验筛选,得到17个表现较好的品种,将其与其他9个品种一起引种至广东广宁进行品种对比试验,经比较与食味鉴定,发现相同品种在增城、广宁两地生长基本一致,但有些品种也存在差异。试验还发现,最适合引种到广宁的甘薯品种有广紫薯2号、广薯87和高薯17等。此外,在田间试验过程中也筛选出一些有特色的甘薯品种,如广紫薯2号花青素含量高,广薯98、广薯205等含有很高的β-胡萝卜素,可代替广宁当地品种黄狗洞用于加工甘薯干。这些特色品种的引种可以丰富当地的甘薯资源。

These special varieties of sweet potato can greatly enrich the resources of sweet potato varieties in Guangdong province.
