不同毕业去向的中医学本科生实习带教模式的探讨

Discussion on the Teaching Mode of the Internship of Traditional Chinese Medicine Undergraduates with Different Graduation Destination

随着住院医师规范化培训政策的实施以及考研热的不断升温,中医学本科实习生的未来学习、就业计划与临床实习的矛盾在临床教学医院非常普遍,如何解决这一问题成为当下医学教育的热点。本文根据毕业去向将实习生分类,针对性地讨论了不同类别实习生的临床带教模式,希望为临床教学提供新的思路。

With the implementation of standardized training of residents and the increasing number of post-graduate craze, conflict between the future plan of Chinese medical undergraduates and clinical practice has been very common throughout our country, how to solve this problem is becoming a hot spot of the present medical education. In this paper, we discusse the clinical teaching mode of different categories of interns based on the graduate destination, and hope to provide new ideas for clinical teaching.
