中医全科医师规范化培训的体会与思考

The Experience and Thinking of the Standardized Training of TCM General Practitioners

笔者首先阐述了中医全科医师在基层工作中的优势,及社区优秀中医人才队伍建设的必要性,总结了中医全科规范化培训的重大意义。并且作为已接受中医全科规范化培训的学员,结合自身的经历与体会,浅析现行中医规培模式中的亮点及不足,思考了几项改善策略。

This paper related the advantages of general practitioners（GPs） at community-level and the necessities of development of GPs workforce at first. The great significance of the standardized training of TCM general practitioners was summarized. As a student has finished the training, the author analyzed the present situation of the development of standardized training of TCM GPs and discessed the thinking and suggestion about it.
