对现代针灸科研的几点反思

Reflections on the Scientific Research of Modern Acupuncture and Moxibustion

针灸是中国的文化瑰宝,它以简、便、廉、验、效等特色深受人们的喜爱,已经被全世界一百多个国家广泛接受,针灸科研取得了不少重要的研究成果,但针灸科研工作仍存在许多问题。本文在广泛阅读文献的基础上,结合笔者自己的研究经历,发现针灸科研在运用现代西医学科研实验方法的同时,缺乏鲜明的中医特色,科研成果无法为针灸临床提供理论依据,针灸科研缺少针对调和针灸标准化和个体化的研究方案,科研成果不能很好地完善中医针灸理论,并提出了自己的思路与想法,以期对今后的针灸科研有所帮助。

The acupuncture and moxibustion are Chinese treasures, and they are very popular in more than one hundred countries.The research of modern acupuncture and moxibustion has still some problems when some researchers are starting to have some success. For example, the research work of acupuncture and moxibustion doesn ＇t keep its feature in the process of using the methods of modern medicine to make experimental study. The scientific studies don ＇t serve to understand the mechanism, clinical application and the continued perfection of the traditional Chinese medicine ＇s theory. The reflection might be helpful for the research of acupuncture and moxibustion in the future.
