摘要
目的建立葛明胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以葛根素为对照品,利用紫外分光光度法对葛明胶囊中的总黄酮进行含量测定。结果葛根素浓度在2~10μg·mL^(-1)吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.0946C-0.0069,R^2=0.9998,平均回收率为103.03%,RSD为2.45%。结论本方法简便、灵敏、可靠,为该复方中药制剂的质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective To establish the determination method of total flavone content in Geming capsule. Methods With Puerarin as the control, the content of total flavonoids in Geming capsule was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The concentration of Puerarin in the control group had a good linear relationship with the concentration in the range of 2~10μg·mL^（-1）. The regression equation was A=0.0946 C-0.0069, R^2=0.9998, the average recovery rate was 103.03%, and RSD was 2.45%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and reliable, providing scientific basis for the quality control of the compound Chinese medicine preparation.
