黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined with Warm Acupuncture in Treating Oxaliplatin Neurotoxicity

目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性的临床疗效。方法将100例合格病例随机分为4组,每组25例。分别为黄芪桂枝五物汤组、温针灸组、黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸组及观察组。结果治疗后各组患者的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)较治疗前均有所下降,其中以观察组下降最为明显,其次为黄芪桂枝五物汤组与温针灸组,P均<0.05;黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸组的MNCV在治疗后与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后各组患者的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)较治疗前均有所下降,其中以观察组下降最为明显,其次为黄芪桂枝五物汤组与温针灸组,P均<0.05;黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸组的MNCV在治疗后与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;各组治疗后神经毒性分级以观察组出现严重神经毒性病例数最多,其次为黄芪桂枝五物汤组及温针灸组,以黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸组出现严重神经毒性的病例数最少,组间比较(除黄芪桂枝五物汤组及温针灸组比较无差异外)均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸用于防治奥沙利铂神经毒性具有较好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangq i Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with warm acupuncture on oxaliplatin neurotoxicity. Methods 100 qualified cases were randomly divided into four groups with 25 cases in each group. They were respectively the group of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction group, the warm acupuncture group, the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with the warm acupuncture group and the observation group. Results groups of patients after treatment of motor nerve conduction velocity（ MNCV） before treatment were decreased, with observation group fell the most obvious, followed by huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction group and acupuncture group（P〈0.05）. The MNCV of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with warm acupuncture group had no statistical significance after treatment and before treatment（ P〉0.05）. Groups of patients after treatment of sensory nerve conduction velocity（ SNCV） before treatment were decreased, with observation group fell the most obvious, followed by Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction group and acupuncture group（ P〈0.05）. The MNCV of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with warm acupuncture group had no statistical significance after treatment and before treatment（ P〉0.05）. Each nerve toxicity grading in observation group after treatment, the maximum number of cases of severe neurotoxicity followed by Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction group and warm acupuncture group, to Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with acupuncture group unity was the least number of cases severe neurotoxicity, comparison between groups（ with the exception of huangqi guizhi wuwu tang and warm acupuncture group was no difference） had obvious difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with warm acupuncture has a good clinical effect on the prevention and treatment of oxaliplatin neurotoxicity, which is worthy of promotion.
