加味补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

目的探讨缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症患者应用加味补阳还五汤治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的70例缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症患者,随机分为2组,各35例。对照组采取帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在此基础上加用加味补阳还五汤治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD评分)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组的各时间段TESS副反应量表评分差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论加味补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症,疗效显著,值得在临床进一步探讨。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods 70 cases of ischemic stroke depression admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine, while the observation group was treated with modified Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.After treatment, the Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD score） in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the TESS side effects score between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion modified Buyang Huanwu decoction has significant curative effect in the treatment of post-stroke depression. It is worthy of further study in clinic.
