中西医结合护理干预促进剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的效果

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Intervention on Promoting Maternal Milk Secretion in Cesarean Section

目的评价中西医结合护理干预促进剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的效果。方法选取我院收治的剖宫产产妇46例为观察组,对患者给予中西医结合护理;选取同期剖宫产产妇46例为对照组,对患者给予常规西医护理。结果观察组术后乳汁分泌始动优良率97.83%(45/46),48 h泌乳量优良率96.65%(44/46),乳房胀痛发生率8.70%(4/46);对照组术后乳汁分泌始动优良率80.43%(37/46),48 h泌乳量优良率71.74%(18/46),乳房胀痛发生率39.13%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇采取中西医结合护理干预,能提高乳汁分泌效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on promoting the secretion of lactation in cesarean section. Methods 46 cases of patients treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were selected as observation group. 46 cases of cesarean section were selected as the control group, and the patients were given routine medical care. Results The excellent rate of breast milk secretion in the observation group was 97.83%（45/46）, the good rate of 48 h lactation was 96.65%（44/46）, the incidence of breast distention was 8.70%（4/46）, the good rate of breast milk secretion in the control group was 80.43%（37/46）, the good rate of 48 h lactation was 71.74%（33/46）, the incidence of breast distention was 39.13%（18/46）, and the comparison was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for cesarean section women can improve the effect of milk secretion.
