国内针灸治疗鼻窦炎疗效评价方法的应用近况

Evaluation on the Indexes Status of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Sinusitis in China

目的对国内近20年针灸治疗鼻窦炎的疗效评价方法应用近况进行分析与归纳。方法检索国内的中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库1998—2017年所收录的期刊,对相关信息进行录入。结果近10年针灸治疗鼻窦炎的疗效评价方法较10年前有所增加,但应用仍然较少,多为自拟,缺乏科学性及严谨性。结论往后的临床研究应采用全面、严谨的评价方法评价针灸治疗鼻窦炎的作用。

Objective To analyze the evaluation indexes status of clinical trials in sinusitis treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in China in recent 20 years. Methods Articles published from 1998 to 2017 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database and Vip database were collected and the relevant information were extracted. Results There were more evaluation methods in recent ten years than the past ten years, but the use was still little and the content was incomprehensive, most of them were selfmade, lack of scientific and rigor. Conclusion Comprehensive and rigorous evaluation indexes should be used in further clinical trials to evaluate the effect of acupuncture therapy in sinusitis.
