卫生信息管理专业“3+证书”中高职衔接培养模式的测评与探索

摘要 以广东食品药品职业学院软件学院卫生信息管理专业2016届毕业生为样本,通过对样本学业成就水平进行描述性统计、统计推断和相关分析,结合学生工作量、获奖率、"3+证书"生源结构等调查数据,深入探讨广东省两类生源(普通高中理科和"3+证书")的同质性、差异性以及教学重难点定位。数据分析结果表明,两类生源素质存在显著性差异。通过对相关师生的访谈,分析两种生源学生显著差异的原因,基于学生发展的视角,在此基础上提出教学方法、策略和学生管理的改进建议,探讨符合技术人才成长规律的卫生信息管理专业中高职衔接体系。 Grade 2016 graduates of health information management specialty in School of Software, GuangdongFood and Drug Vocational College are selected as subjects by cluster sampling to analyze the homogeneity anddifference of two kinds of students (26 science students from ordinary high schools and 11“3 + certificate”studentsfrom secondary vocational schools) in Guangdong province. The analysis is conducted from the perspectiveof the academic achievements, student activity experiences, awards, and recruitment structure through a varietyof statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics and statistical inference. Moreover, the teaching emphasisand difficulty in various student sources are located with Pearson's correlation analysis and average scores. Thestatistical results indicate that there is significant difference between various student sources. Through the interviewsof both students and teachers, the causes and problems of significant difference between two kinds of studentsare analyzed. From the perspective of student development, some suggestions are put forward for the improvementof teaching strategies and student management, and the cohesion system of secondary and advancedvocational education is explored in line with the growth rules of technological talents.
