思想政治教育视域下高职院校辅导员参与创业教育的困境与突破

The Predicament and Breakthrough of Higher Vocational College Counselors Participating in Entrepreneurship Education from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

辅导员是高职院校思想政治教育者,也是创业教育师资的重要组成部分。在思想政治教育视域下,高职院校创业教育的内在意蕴在于对学生的价值引导、动力供给和行为规范,但现实情况是辅导员参与创业教育普遍存在角色错位、专业不力、考核单一等突出问题。进一步认清辅导员参与创业教育的重要价值,构建科学的制度体系、组建师资团队和提升工作水平是辅导员参与创业教育的困境突破之策,也是思想政治教育现实推进的必然选择。

Counselors are ideological and political educators in higher vocational college as well as the importantcomponent of entrepreneurship education teachers. From the perspective of ideological and political education,the significance of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational college lies in the value guidance, power supplyand behavior norms for students. However, the reality is that when the counselors participate in entrepreneurshipeducation, there usually exist prominent problems, such as role dislocation, poor professionalism, sole assessmentmethod, etc. To further understand the important value of counselors participating in entrepreneurshipeducation, solutions like constructing a scientific system, establishing teacher teams and improving their workabilities can help to solve the plight of counselors participating in entrepreneurship education, and these are alsothe inevitable choices for the practical promotion of the ideological and political education.
